I was listening to a podcast recently. The host said a number of losses throughout his life caused him to have a fear of loss. And it made him afraid to have any big goals.
I’ve heard of those who lived through near death trials and have spent the rest of their lives hyper-focused on scarcity.

The trials were similar; the results were different. Why?
I’m going to push back on what the podcast host said. It wasn’t the losses that shaped him. It was his reaction to the losses that shaped him.
